Should you choose to upgrade to MVP, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The monthly subscription costs USD 5.99 per month while the yearly subscription costs USD 29.99 per year or USD 2.50 per month. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. There is no increase in cost when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, the current period cannot be cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you choose to purchase a subscription to MVP.

Best Running App
I have used MapMyRun for years. The MVP is absolutely worth it. I have tried various GPS watches and I swear by Garmin for accuracy, I have a Polar as well which is great for activity tracking, but for functionality and simplicity of the app MapMyRun is the best. I thought I would ditch my phone and go back to GPS watch but it just doesn't cut it. I use the watch to see while I'm running and the app for everything else. Especially post run analysis. Much easier and much more flexible review of pace, splits, HR, etc. My only request would be better connectivity with other devices or a high quality wrist watch and activity tracker made specifically to sync with the app.
This app is by far the best running app I have used. There are so many great things about it. You can set a pace to run at, you can map out a run before running the route and you can save your workouts and go back to them later to see if you have progressed or not. I have been using this app since May 2012 and it has not let me down yet. This app deserves the 5 star rating that I gave it.
I love this app! I use it for all my athletic activities. I love that it tracks my workouts and gives me weekly and monthly overviews of my activity. I also like that you can join challenges because it sets a goal and keeps you motivated. I've also gotten a couple under armor discounts due to using this app so much which is an amazing plus. I recommend it to everyone I know who is looking for a fitness app
