iMass makes it possible to view Holy Mass each day directly on your iPhone.
Whether you are at the park, on a bus, at a coffee shop or in the comfort of your home, you can view Holy Mass and unite your prayers to it.
The Mass is celebrated in the Extraordinary Form by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter.
The app also provides the text of the Mass of the day according to the 1962 Missal, making it useful as a missal for the participation at Mass.
This app does not serve to fulfill the Sunday Obligation of going to church and assisting at Mass, however it is an optimal way to unite yourself to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, at any time of the day or night.
- The Daily Mass Video Stream is a continuously variable bitrate stream. When you are in locations of slow bandwidth an audio-only file will stream, however when the bandwidth improves the stream will seamlessly switch between different video streams of higher bitrates.
MANDATORY UPDATE: While v4.5 looks and acts identical to v4.4.2, critical changes have been made to the code to direct it to the new broadcasting streams.
Our older broadcasting servers will be shut down on October 31st. Update to this version of iMass to seamlessly continue to receive the broadcasts on iMass.
No bugs were harmed in the making of this version!

One request-add ordinary of the Mass as separate option
I have used this app more than a few dozen times at Mass or for the divine office. With limited internet access, the one suggestion I offer is to store the main elements of the Mass in the app without needing to download anew each time. As it functions currently one must download each time one wishes to use the app; however, the ordinary of the Mass could be retrievable through editing the app. Then if one can’t download due to limited internet, he can still follow the vast majority of the Mass. Also, sometimes a votive Mass or other type of Mass is offered that is not easily found for download, so having the ordinary of the Mass at an easily found spot in the app will increase use of the app. Surely the ordinary is not too difficult to learn or memorize, but the point of the app is to assist participation just as the hand missal does. Thank you though for a great app overall!
God Bless You!
Thank you so much for this wonderful resource. May I make one small request however. In the previous iPad version of this app, you had a way of watching the mass on a split screen with the text below. Returning to this format if possible would be so helpful. Than you again.
Easier than the book!
Wow! This app saves my travel. I didn't bring my missal because it's bulky but I found this app. The mass readings are in order so I can read without any page flipping. I love that they give you all the red cue notes in Latin as well. This is a super useful app for the traditional Catholic. Thank you!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
