Mosquitoes are wireless. Shouldn’t your misting system be too?
iMistAway is an optional wireless monitoring and management technology that is complementary to MistAway’s mosquito misting systems. It is only available through Authorized MistAway Dealers and requires connecting an iMist2 gateway to the homeowner’s router.
The app allows MistAway’s customers to see their system’s status or remotely trigger or stop a mist from their smartphone, wherever they are connected to the internet. The app also enables MistAway’s dealers to provide a superior level of service by giving them complete remote visibility into the operations of their customers’ misting systems.

Could use more features
Sure would love a vacation pause feature, and the ability to adjust my mist times without calling or emailing in.

Boombadoomdoom - the app does have the capability to adjust mist times; however, your dealer will need to grant you "Full Access" in order to enable that function. If you have Full Access permissions, you can also adjust all system settings via the imistaway.com website.
Not Worth the Extra Cost
Really disappointed by this app. At the most basic level, why can’t you adjust the schedule from the app? All you can do is look at it. And then, for a program that most people would logically want to run at Dawn and dusk, that’s not possible either. That seems like it would be awfully easy to set up. My whole house is automated and there’s nothing I can’t set up to trigger at sunrise and sunset except the very thing that would most benefit from it. Just so much missed opportunity and I feel really bamboozled by how useless this wifi connectivity is. And I see it’s been around since 2015, so there’s really no excuse to have such a weak feature set still. Oh and you want me to pay $50 a year for this, too? Please round up all your little fifties and hire a programmer to make this worth the money.

Reviewer 11D - thank you for the feedback. The schedule times can be adjusted from the app; however, you'll need to ask your dealer to grant you "Full Access" in order to change the schedule times remotely. A "Dusk & Dawn" feature would change the time at which the system mists each day, which would conflict with the official misting best practices guidelines. These guidelines require that when a system is installed, the homeowner is provided with a schedule of the specific times the unit will mist each day.
Version is nice, one suggestion.
This new version is nice and operates better, but we really need email notifications if there is an error in the system (and iOS notifications). The systems tend to run at sunrise and sunset when it’s hard to tell if they are working. A notice at the time of error would make the app much more valuable.
