Customer Reviews

Poor Design/Buggy

How an app from an Apple-focused technology website could be so poorly designed is stunning. Is there an easy way to get to reviews? Nope. Does it sometimes stop updating the latest stories and give nothing but blankness? Yep. Is it ugly? Yep. I enjoy iMore's coverage, I don't come to them for critical or objective Apple coverage because that's never going to happen, but good gosh how their app is SO bad is beyond me and it's tough to bear, I actually most often use their mobile website. What a colossal failure of an app.

What happened?

I can not even start on how unusable this app has become, their website has become nothing but and ad infested, cash grabbing website. This use to be the place to get good information about Apple and its products, but not anymore. There are Better Apple news apps and information elsewhere.

Time to delete this one...

Full of glitches. Horribly organized. This used to be my go-to app for all things iPhone, but I just opened it for the last time. Disappointed in whomever thought this was the way to go... bye.
