In the Line of Fire is an explosive tank base-defense game and brings you many hours of pure tank combat action!
You are the commander of a large anti-tank gun which you use to defend your bases against 200 waves of tanks trying to attack you. There are 4 different types of enemy tanks - from small but speedy light tanks over to slow but heavy tanks with huge damage impact.
To support you defending the 4 different bases, the airforce drops from time to time new extras, powerups or weapons. The game contains 200 waves which you need to master to be able to enter the world wide highscores. The first wave starts simple, only a few tanks and slowly raises up to 180 tanks in the last wave. Not an easy job, but we're sure you can master it! You can save your game progress at any time and resume any time later. In the Line of Fire supports you with 7 fantastic orchestral military style soundtracks and great sound effects.
Commander, now it's time for you to take over control. Fire at will and rescue the bases!

This game looks fun and seems like it would be really great, but after you play it for about 5 minutes you become very bored. It's basically the same thing over and over again.
Takes very little skill to play. Your are just pointing and clicking. Upgrades include stuff like being able to click faster. Still boring. I gave it 3 stars because it does have pretty decent graphics, and sound. Just very plain and honestly boring. If your looking for a fun quick game to play to pass time, keep looking.
This gave will make the time your trying to pass go even slower…
Relaxing and easy to use
It is a $2 Game and performs well on my laptop.
Game is similar to the original Space Invaders Atari Game or similar to Intellivion's games back in the day for gameplay style. Better graphices now. Fairy responsive controls on the Mac Book Pro.
This is not MOG of BF3 but for $2 this is just a game to enjoy and relax with without frettig over controls etc. Too much stress from other folks rating this game. Again, simple and not complex. If you want that, buy a $50 game from the App store.
Simple game with great graphics
The other reviews crack me up. Its two bucks! For that you get a rather entertaining game with great graphics. Yes, its simple. Point and click and shoot. If you want something more sophisticated, look elsewhere (and probably pay more). But on my MacBook Air this game looks and sounds amazing, and it lets me kill about an hour shooting at tanks, I love it!
