Awesome app! Works well. I have been trying to use mindfulness techniques for emotional eating and this has helped more than anything else. Well worth paying for! Suggestion: perhaps add a way for us to add other tips to the lists for personal use that we find at other sources...app is great as is...but this would be nice.
Thankful I found this app
As someone that struggles with binge eating disorder, this app has made such a difference for me. It's like my therapist and nutritionist in one and gives me the confidence that I can eat a meal or late night snack without bingeing. It's well worth the money and I highly recommend it for anyone in recovery!
I guess this app is for more tech savvy people. I can’t believe I paid for this. What a waste. Does not include any instructions on how to use the app. At least none that I could find. I don’t see how something like this can help. Surely I have missed something. So disappointed. Bye bye In the Moment app.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
