Haven’t been able to access subscriptions for over a year..horrible suppor!!
I signed up for mobile plus paper subscription over three years ago on the IM website. The app initially worked and then abruptly stopped working over a year ago and I could not see any issues. Contacted tech support about this ale heard crickets. They recently updated app and I can see issues now but am being prompted to sign up and pay for subscription! If you signed up for mobile access on the IM website, you may be running into the same nightmare I have been dealing with for quite some time. Don’t get me wrong, I love the magazine, I just loathe the mobile app digital version! GET THIS FIXED!!!
This is pretty stupid. If you're a magazine subscriber, you don't get to read your IM on your iPad from your newsstand app for free... Instead you get to buy another $25 subscription for the electronic version, then download some third-party software to read it in, not the iPads native app, and oh create a new account in the new app...blah blah blah.
Not worth the extra money or hassle.
Too bad though. It coulda been great.
Bought a digital subscription and received an email to download app and log in. Doesn't work. Contacted support and just waiting now.
