Indoor Interval Cycling turns your iPhone, or iPod touch into your personal spin instructor. Take the guesswork out of what cadence and gear you should be using. Indoor Interval Cycling includes your choice of 4 skill levels and workouts to challenge you whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Visual and audio alerts tell you its time for the next stage (you can disable the alerts). Editable prepared tweets before, during, and after your workout.

Easy setup:

You choose the skill level and workout length

Beginner – 30 or 45 min
Sport - 30, 45, or 60 min
Advanced – 30, 45, 60, or 90 min
Pro – 45, 60, or 90 min

Select the number of gears on you rear wheel
Select your normal cadence


Post to Twitter and Facebook that you are about to start your workout
Preview your workout – get a list of each stage and time
Start your music – Select specific songs, a playlist, or start another streaming audio app to play while you are training.

During your workout:

Change your playlist / songs at will
Visual and audio cues prior to each stage change.
Gear graphic illustrates proper resistance / gear
Countdown timer for each stage
Progress bar for entire workout
Target cadence
Next stage indicator
Post to Twitter and Facebook that you were serious about working out

After your workout:

Post to Twitter and Facebook that you completed the workout. Make your followers jealous that you’re on the way to the best shape of your life

Wahoo Fitness cadence sensor integration.

You now have the option to connect your Wahoo Fitness cadence sensor to the app. When this is enabled, the target cadence will display next to the timer.

Your current cadence will change color depending on how close you are to the target cadence.

Great app, wish it had more workouts


I love using this app on my trainer. It keeps me focused on a good workout. It just gets kind of boring in the winter when I ride two or three times a week inside. I hope they add more workout sessions. I would pay money for more workouts to mix it up. A possible 'real ride' (famous routes) training session would be cool.



This is a Great workout app, like none other on the App Store and I've been using it for the last year and a half for those days when bad conditions prevent me from riding outside, and I go on the trainer!
