Your Restaurant Decider.
Currently covering: New York, London, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC, Austin, Denver, Paris, Mexico City, Melbourne, Rome, Tokyo with more coming. We're not robots and we don't crowdsource, so if you don't see your city, know that we are coming for you as soon as our wallets and physical well-being will allow.
New to us? Here's the deal. The Infatuation is a much loved (by our moms) and highly trusted (by pretty much everyone) resource for relatable perspective on restaurants. We help you find the ideal spot that's “Perfect For:” Date Night, Girls' Night Out, Dinner With The Parents, and many other situations. This app exists to help you search through our database of thousands of carefully curated reviews, all of which our small editorial team wrote without the restaurants knowing we were there. We are sneaky and also unbiased. This is the restaurant guide that you've been looking for.
“Apps for finding restaurants are plentiful, but most of them leave me feeling overwhelmed. I want someone to choose for me, and I trust the authors of this app to do that. Their taste has never led me astray.” - Joshua Brustein, The New York Times

This app has introduced me to many amazing places but has also let me down almost an equal amount of times. I want to love it so much more than I do.
It also doesn't let me edit my hit list - makes copies of things, deletes others, undos my edits, mixes up my order.
Edit: Having a different hit list for each city would be nice.
Addition: Reviews need to be updated. Some places no longer exist and others have completely changed.
I am an impatient millennial using your app. When I add listings to my hit list the visual confirmation pop up that confirms it’s been added hangs on my screen for as much time as it would take me to send a fax to my grandmother (remember those?also yes I communicate with my grandmother via fax). I typically come into the app to quickly build out my hit list based on your new listings , and your stifling the speed of my thumbs with the 4 second visual screen locking check box which acknowledges my addition. Send help. Or a fix, or maybe a fax... thanks.
My review is self explanatory.
