Ratings and Reviews
This app saved me in the early morning hours in an inner city. After purchasing such a good quality car, I felt as though I didn't need to spend extra money on AAA. Every service provided by this app was free of charge and the customer service was amazing. I'm glad to own an Infiniti, they really stand behind their cars and treat the customer with A+ service.
Could be more robust
The sole purpose appears to be an app for emergencies, which is fine. I am sure I will be happy if my car ever breaks down somewhere. But why not do more with this app? Enhance the customer experience for those of us with perfectly operational Infinitis. Build in a maintenance scheduler with reminders based on dated and mileage, coupled with service offers. What about a help section with a search feature based on the car we own, so owners can look up info quickly? The app is OK as is, but I expect more from Infiniti.
I could call AAA faster
This app doesn't do much. Yes, it's free, that's good, but I think I could call AAA faster or just use Infiniti Personal Assistant. I wish they would come out with an iPhone app that lets you send directions to your navigation system, like Lexus has. Very cool to be at work or anywhere else and be able to send directions to the nav system before you get in the car.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
