Injustice 2 and the No Good, Very Bad Crashes

Updated Review (1.5):
To address the crashes that everyone is complaining about, I would like to agree on the "annoying factor." After this update, I have not felt any change in the number of crashes, maybe even an increase if I dare say so, and essentially, it was fixed by the developers preventing power from being used if the game force quits. Now, I'd like to say that I only have an iPhone 5s with 16 GBs, so it wouldn't make sense that those with better iPhones are crashing more. Anyways, the two major complaints for this game that I can agree on is crashing and the inability to obtain gold characters. The premium chests are completely unfair in the ratio of gold to silver, as you only have a 4/10 chance, at most, to get a gold in premium. Essentially, it's not worth it, making this game a money grabber. Either way, as I said before, the quality of this game remains outstanding for this magnitude of effort the developers put into it, but it needs less "freemium qualities" and more patches.

Previous Review (Completed but took a while):
Let me just say, this game is great overall. Nothing more, nothing less. However, I recently bought a "Power Pack" for $20, but it did not give me the contents. Insteady, the game notifies me that the purchase failed and charges my account! The support of this game have not replied in over 5 days and I need a refund!

Loving the game but wish for a few things...

Update 8/7/17: I like the game but still many crashes and haven't seen the "legendary" chest. I miss the feature of the packs that Injustice 1 had because the supposed "increased chance" on the premium chests worth 250gems, do not seem to be worth wasting the gems. I have received more gold characters in the150 chest than I ever received in the increased gold chance ones (which is nada). I see playing hardcore first few months but it will be like Pokémon go for me: great when first started but takes too much time and money to get good things. I at least like that the arena battles seem not to have been overrun by cheats like Injustice 1. I will give this a go still because I like it just not keen on some aspects.

So far I enjoy this game definitely built upon the Injustice franchise. I wish though that the gear across characters of the same name would work across either being silver or gold type. For instance, when I have Harley Quinn gear I wish it would be able to gear up on my gold Unhinged Harley Quinn. So far it doesn't from what I can tell. Also I wish there was an online manual for the game that explains the icons because so far the Harley explanations are helpful but not thorough. I am still giving it a 5 because I Enjoy it but it's more like 4.5

Feels clunky and doesn't flow

Injustice 1 was very easy to start up and play.
This version is just to messy looking. To me in injustice 1 it was exciting saving enough to buy a pack of a guaranteed gold player. You would never know what you would get but even if you had them you got to duplicate it for more power. Injustice 2 is a dumb randomized cube that you have a chance at a 3star. Well 1000 gems later and at the time 150 a try and 6 tries later 1star 1star 1star 2star 1star 1star.. Plus the other month of saving and trying. Must of tried 30 times now and NOT ONE 3star yet. Every one needs to stop funding this money grab. Injustice 1 is way better game and actually takes care of the customers. The game itself has nice graphics but it just feels less responsive than part one also. I actually don't even play part 2 at all anymore as I still play part 1. I only go on to collect daily and will not play it till I get my first 3 star (but that could be another year or so).

UPDATE: still more expensive than other games but it FINALLY gave me a 3star gold robin. I tried again and it gave me another 3star gold robin. So probably 50 tries to get my first 3star. Took along time but it can happen I guess so I'll up the rating by 2stars.
