What's New

Version 6.0.2

Version 6.0.2 adds back the "Eye" button to open the options menu inside article lists. It was there all along, but was accessible via swipe gesture from the right edge of the screen. It seems like a lot of users were having issues finding it even though we've added an on-boarding screen to present it. You can still open the menu with a swipe if that's more comfortable to you. We have also added some new small features and fixed a lot of bugs. See the list below:
- Added an option to set any section as a start screen.
- Added a new unread counter on top of article lists.
- Fixed a buggy behavior when setting offline folders.
- Fixed an issue on iPhone X where part of the article title could get obscured by the top bar.
- The Safari View now opens on full screen on iPhone 6S/7 Plus when on landscape mode
- Fixed some slight color and font issues.

6.0.1 Changelog:

Version 6.0.1 aims to iron out most issues you guys were having with the 6.0 release. We've optimized the fonts across the whole app and especially on the iPad. We have fixed a lot of smaller issues like incorrectly reported Pro plan if you are using Starer or Plus. We've made the back swipe from an article easier to activate. We've added back the option to delete saved web pages and to mark articles above/below as read - those are in the left-swipe options menu. We will continue to polish the release until all issues are solved, so check frequently for updates or turn on your auto-update.
We understand that we didn't nail everything in the first release and if we broke something for you, we apologize! We promise we will be working hard to make you feel at home again.

6.0 Changelog:

- Completely new navigation system. We feel that the new navigation is much simpler to understand and use, it's faster and will allow us to greatly expand the functionality of the app. - Some special optimization for iPhone X have been made so you can enjoy Inoreader better on your AMOLED display and benefit from the larger screen estate. - New default font optimized for reading. - The search functionality has been enhanced with new search history and combined search for feeds and articles. - The "Eye" menu is now opened via left swipe from the right corner of the screen. - There's a completely new section called "Library", which houses your Tags, Active searches, Saved web pages and in the future will do quite a lot more. - We have added a new "Recently read" section in the side menu, under Library. - We have changed the concept around themes. We now support "Day" and "Night" more and for iPhone X we have a special AMOLED optimized "Night" mode. - We have added a specially optimized article view for selected feeds. Try with "The Verge" for example. We plan to add this view to a lot more feeds. - The comments section have been completely redesigned too. - We have fixed a lot of bugs from the previous versions.

This is our first release of version 6.0. We hope that we have ironed all issues during our beta test process, but if you spot anything, do not hesitate to contact us through the integrated support form (in the side menu under your subscriptions) and we'll be happy to fix any issues you might have. I love Inoreader. it is highly customizable. You can set it up to follow the news that i I'm interested in, as opposed to one that allows me to state interests... and then chooses the information sources...

If you want a reader to acquire and curate information from blogs or rss feeds that are from non mainstream major media sources.. (regardless of your own specific demographic point of view) this is it...

Can’t log in

Fluffy-face

After trying Newsify and discovering that it won’t subscribe to even my most obscure RSS feeds, I wanted to go back to Inoreader and its app. While I have no problem with the website, the app won’t let me log into my account. I tried Google sign in. It timed out. I tried logging in directly to the app. It doesn’t recognize my email address.

Back to the drawing board, then.

Big improvement over Feedler.

Moved from Feedler because of the continuous reload. However, the screen layout needs work. The narrow column makes the headlines harder to read and serves no purpose.
