I think this is a great app. You log in and your work-out for the day pops up (if you don’t like it or it doesn’t work with your schedule say running sprints on a different day of the week would fit your life better you can switch it for a different one). There are videos of each exercise to demonstrate them to you and a timer. You can time the whole exercise and you can time each individual set and rest time. Your able to log how you felt what you liked what you did all sorts of information for your future reference and it tells you how many calories you burned. Plus you can bring in info from calorie calculator apps and you can enter your weight, so you should be able to see all your hard work to lose or stay in shape when you look at this app. I think it is well done
