Bug Fixes Please

I have used this app for almost three years now. I had issues in the beginning of which were taken care of for the most part. I for some reason cannot sync with the cloud still and that has been the whole time. Now for at least a month there is an issue with the transition to PDF and this makes the reports look unprofessional and can be difficult to read. There is also an issue with transfer of comments while report writing. This adds words and letters before and after the original comment. All in all adding at least an hour per report. If someone has figured this out please let me know. The last 2 updates since the issue have not corrected these problems. This is a 4-5 star app outside of this.

Development Still Needed

The application is still plagued with formatting issues and the inability to modify PDF files outside the application. The frames around photos are annoying and looks unprofessional. The plumbing fixture section lacks a comment section for deficiencies outside of location and pressure so comments can be made about that section.

The additional comments page behind the preamble runs over the footer instead of creating a second addition comments page.

Also there needs to be a cover page for report summary that can include major deficiencies and safety hazards highlights.

First glance looks good

I'm puzzled by one comment about not supporting the Texas form and another about not allowing multiple photos. I was able to access the Master Texas form from Templates, and add photos from the menu dots in the upper right of my screen on my iPhone.

Lots of useful boilerplate comments, and the ability to edit them and add your own. Once I get this app customized, I could see doing simpler inspections completely from my iPhone.

Four stars until I have had more time to work with it.
