tags & other complaints/comments
Okay so...I honestly am getting quite frustrated with this application! Whenever I attempt to do a large amount of tags, it says that there is an error and it cannot use my description properly. Sometimes it will completely erase after I spend forever typing it out! At first I thought this was just when you try to copy and paste something, but it isn't! It's only doing this for tags, and it is getting rather annoying! I'll spend 5+ minutes writing out a whole bunch of tags only to have them wiped away, and when I try to edit the photo and put them in the description it won't allow me to and states that there is an error. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? Either way, it would be much obliged for the workers to fix this. Secondly, this is more of a suggestion, but why only 15 second videos? I think it would be nice if we could upload up to 60 seconds of video, and maybe even up to three minutes would be rather pleasant. But mainly 60 seconds, since three minutes seems a bit of a stretch. This isn't quite necessary, but it is a suggestion that I hope you all take into consideration. That's about it for my review, all in all I would have to say that Instagram is an excellent, wonderfully brilliant application but it does have it's issues that could be resolved and there are certainly ways it could improve.
Great App, but the update needs fixing
I love Instagram, but these recent updates are getting to be a little much. Before, Instagram used to be so easy to use and now it is getting really confusing. The updates are supposed to be for improving to app and making it easier to use. But these updates are just doing to opposite. Before this recent update, there weren't as many unnecessary buttons and layout update things. When you go to the search tab and try to look up people or hashtags, it's kind of confusing because there are now two extra, unnecessary, tabs. What does the "top" tab supposed to do anyway? And no one really cares about who has been where- referring to the places tab. If you want to make a good improvement to Instagram, you should allow the videos that are posted to be longer, and there should be better filters added. You should really get rid of those extra tabs also. And I am trying to post a caption on my posts and it's not letting me, it's making me SO frustrated!
I've been using this app for a while, I've even gotten a few friends that I've met in real life but we became greater friends. Well, obviously, I've been using the app for a while. Yesterday, I decided I was tired of my old account. Due to that, I created a new account and began posting photos. I do different themes every now and then so, I was doing a happy theme. I began posting and posting, only to see that Instagram had deleted my photos. “What the heck?!” Is what I had thought to myself. “Must be a glitch, lets reload.” I closed out of the app, swiped it out of the bar and sat for a minute. “Should be good now.” I open the app and begin posting. I went back and check to see if it had begun working again. I saw my photo there for a split second and then it disappeared. I've rebooted the app, rebooted my phone, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, and nothing has changed!! I really don't want to have to make a new Instagram account. Please Instagram, fix this.
