Have to log in twice

When I’m using the app, and I need to do something else, like look at a spreadsheet or another site for billing information, or if too much time elapses, the app does a logout. A message appears onscreen to that effect, and the login screen appears. After logging in, entering password, the message appears again, and I’m required to login again. The only way to avoid the hassle is to close the app entirely when it logs me out, then open and login. Can this be fixed? (Of course it can! Please, fix this!)

To keep your accounts and confidential information secure, the app does not stay running in the background if you switch to another site. We do have an 'instant balance' feature which gives you access to balances, etc. without entering a password, or you can take advantage of 'touch id' and use your fingerprint to login. When the app is up and going well. It’s great. But I’ve had way to many instances when the password wouldn’t work (even though I have fingerprint scan) and couldn’t access my information. And since the new update, the information doesn’t post right away. It’s a so-so app and I can’t trust it, neither should you.

iPhone app

Functional but need to add user control over camera flash. Also, manually entering a security question for each individual check deposited during a single session seems unnecessary and cumbersome.
