Your app is not working!!

The app freezes once I enter my password and try to open the app. This has been doing this since IOS 15 came out! I have to delete the app and reenter it only to have the same problem the next time I want to use it. I have told my bank and they just say they don’t know.. Please try to fix this. I absolutely don’t want to have to change banks or find another way to handle my financial information so that I can retrieve my information quickly when I need too. Have to log in twice

When I’m using the app, and I need to do something else, like look at a spreadsheet or another site for billing information, or if too much time elapses, the app does a logout. A message appears onscreen to that effect, and the login screen appears. After logging in, entering password, the message appears again, and I’m required to login again. The only way to avoid the hassle is to close the app entirely when it logs me out, then open and login. Can this be fixed? (Of course it can! Please, fix this!)

To keep your accounts and confidential information secure, the app does not stay running in the background if you switch to another site. We do have an 'instant balance' feature which gives you access to balances, etc. without entering a password, or you can take advantage of 'touch id' and use your fingerprint to login.
