Perfect for me!
I really like the flexibility of this app. I'm not a gym rat but wanted a way to time and measure a few exercises I do. I don't use the app the way an athlete might but rather use the low and high intensity to time the length of time doing an exercise - for me low intensity is the time exercising and high intensity is my rest time.
The paid version allows me to set up all of my exercises and allows me to easily shorten or lengthen my workout based on the amount of time I have.
I also like the graph that shows each exercise and the amount of time I spent on it. As a repetition and time counter this app is very flexible and meets my need to record and track my workout - even though my exercise is moderate by most standards.
A noisy sound...
I write this review on 26 May 2016 to say that it is not yet corrected the problem reported on January 24, 2015:
I bought the Pro version on 6 January 2015. The program works well BUT the only sound that interested me and I chose to be the most suitable for my needs, was defective; has NOISE; the sound is the DOORBELL. The same day I warned the author, who kindly responded the next day. He appreciated the information and reported that seek to incorporate the correction in the next version. I write this on January 24, 2015, when, unfortunately, the sound has not yet been fixed. In the program I did not found an appropriate tone to use it in the MEDITATION sessions; therefore I chose the sound closest to what is desirable but it has that unpleasant noise. I regret that the noise has not been corrected. Otherwise, the program works fine.
Just what I needed!
I really like this interval training app! I used this to start a jogging program, and I had never run before. I read an article about jogging 101 and chose the walk/run style training program. I entered 10 programs changing the walk/run ratio from mostly walking to mostly jogging. It was nice to have all these programs saved because I got an injury and when to was time to start my program again I needed to start at an easier pace and my program time for that was there. This app is very configurable and I like how I can have my music change for different intervals. Check this app out, I think you'll like it.
