Exactly what I needed
Like so many others, my commitment for this year is to exercise more consistently. I have been using a mini trampoline to minimize impact on my knees. HIIT training is supposed to help one to get quicker results, so, of course I need a timer. This app is Perfect. Afterwards, I use the app to complete a 10 minute stretching session holding each position for 30 seconds. Again, it is perfect. I don't have to count in my head or keep resetting a timer. I can copy the session and add a few reps when I am ready to extend my workout time.
As a huge bonus, I can check the calendar to see how many workouts I skipped. Seeing those color bars at least 3 days a week is motivating for me.
I have tried innumerable ways to motivate myself and hold myself accountable. So far, this app is doing what nothing else in my life has ever done before.

I am not a runner but have brought myself up to doing a 5K, 10K and 11K through a Run for God bible study at my church. I finished them all last year and haven't run throughout winter. When the program started early spring, I felt like I never run before and needed to work back into it. I have been looking for an app that I could program as per the weekly goal set by the Run for God program. This app does just that. I can program it exactly as I need with a warm up, high-low Intervals (with optional rest periods) and cool down, all of which can be tweaked and timed as per our liking. I'm so glad I found this app after using so many useless apps that trick you into downloading and then ask you to pay for doing basic jobs such as setting up timer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I've used several different timing apps and they all had the same flaw, no ability to save a routine for continued/repeat use. This app makes it easy to set different timing schedules for those who workout and need different rest/routine times. I also like that it gives you the ability to see/graph your workout times in a monthly/weekly format. (Good to have to keep track of whether or not your "skipping workouts)
Unlike some of the other people who have posted I've never experienced the app freeze and I use it every day for 3 different types of workouts. (Maybe it conflicts with their other apps, or they have low memory?)
