Perfect (Meditation) Timer

Intervals is the perfect (meditation) timer for Apple Watch. Intervals may tout itself as a workout app, but I've been using it as a timer for my meditation practice. The app's workouts are flexible and allow for multible variations. Customizing existing workouts to new ones is as easy as copying and making adjustments to the new settings. Intervals excels as an Apple Watch app that is easy to use and navigate. Synching to iCloud and Apple Watch from the iPhone is quick too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a better timer than Apple's Watch timer.

Great App. No phone needed for workout now!

I’ve looked at tons of intervals timer apps and this is the best. I can customize the names of my intervals and the app will use speak them to me. Very easy to use and configurable. With watchOS 3 I can now workout and leave my phone at home. The watch app can run stand alone , monitor my heart rate, calories, distance and save the workout to the Health App. Thanks for the great app!

Use to be great!

I use to love this app. I used it to run with my dog. The free version was all I needed because I would start it on my phone and it would automatically pop up in the Apple Watch app. Well apparently they removed that feature because it wouldn't work when I tried it. Would have been nice if they made that clear. Now I will pay for a different app just to spit them because it's just dumb to remove that feature to make more money.
