Description

This is a detailed procedure log for interventional, peripheral vascular, and structural fellows, cath lab technologist and attendings designed by an interventional cardiologist. This app is the only app on the market to include a detailed list of procedures including but not limited to carotid stenting (with proximal and/or distal protection), Impella, TAVR, and EKOS. Case entry is designed with radio buttons to maximize data input efficiency for the busy interventionalist that moves continuously throughout the day from case to case. Input fields include patient medical record number, hospital, attending physician, referring physician, and a note section to allow the user to free text specific information about the procedure. This database is searchable and can be exported to a password protected Excel spreadsheet to your secure e-mail or desktop.
