Intralinks for iOS enables business professionals to securely access content they have shared, or is shared with them, in Intralinks Exchanges.

• Users can view the folders and files in their Intralinks Exchanges. They can download individual files to their device, making them available to wherever they need to work. Files are synchronized, so they always have access to the latest information.
• Managers or publishers, can complete many of the tasks they have been doing on the web, including permissioning documents, and adding and removing people from groups or Exchanges. They can use the Exchange Access and Document Access reports to get insight into how often content is accessed, and by whom.

Could it be worse than the web based version?
Yes. While traveling abroad and receiving not just a notification of a new document as well as the never ending change your password request for what seems like the millionth time I realize web based version can’t be opened on IPhone since based on flash. So I download app and all it does is keep having me enter password and never letting me in. Horrible technology and I urge any company use a different service for distributing information. They had a good idea once but their technology is deficient.
Does Not Allow User to See Updates
The desktop version allows the user to see questions asked and questions answered. The iPad version does not. While traveling abroad, it made it almost impossible to see only updates to existing content.
Not all exchanges appear here
Some exchanges I can see on my computer do not appear on the iPad app. Why?
You cannot see exchnages because they are configured to block access from mobile application.
In 1.4.0 version of application blocked exchanges are visible, but you still cannot access them until manager of the exchange changes settings to allow mobile access. Manager can do it in new application from the exchange details screen.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
