Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Now, you can program LEGO Mindstorms NXT on iPAD!
iNXTG is a integrated development environment for LEGO Mindstorms NXT, it's feature-packed, stable and fast:
1. Support all sensor block and action block with an additional mutex block.
2. Programming on your iPAD, anywhere.
3. Download executables to PC via embedded http server at Lite version, download to NXT directly at standard version.
4. Optimized executable is faster, UI is stable for large program.
5. Use embedded http server to back up, restore source code.
As a concept this app is amazing. It takes the powerful LabView based software used for the Lego Mindstorms kits and attempts to port it to the iPad. While this app is fully functional, I wish there was a tutorial or "how to" section for teaching people who are new to the program. This will be extremely handy for First Lego League teams. Hopefully with this software the Mindstorms Kit will seem more approachable for others. With the addition of a How To section and possibly a Bluetooth Remote Control section this app would get five stars from me. It's really impressive to see such a powerful program functioning on a mobile operating system.
Does this still exist???
Downloaded the app to take a look. Seemed pretty promising until I actually started using it. Inside of loops/switches you can't create a parallel path. Only on the outside of icons. You can't get to the object messages. Biggest drawback is twofold. No real documentation and on the forum, the latest post is October 2013. To me that means there have been no upgrades or support other than 2 messages in almost a year. I'd hold on to my cash until there is some activity. Anybody know if Apple looks into apps like this?
The app is great but can you tell me from where I could download the Lego nxt 2.0 software program
I really want it so I could view my files on it
