Great program, hopefully great posture!
I downloaded this program as part of my new year's resolution to 1) work on my posture, and 2) work on my overall general fitness. It really has a lot of exercises that are grouped in categories so you don't have to think which exericise to do next. So far I can tell its working out the muscles that you need to keep good posture, but I'm still working at it.
Apparently it is intended as a "companion" to the iPosture monitor (I have one and it is awesome). I def think either the program can be used without the monitor or vice versa, but I wanted to do everything I could to get rid of my hunchback!
Very helpful app
The app has very good stretching ideas and fitness ideas. Correcting my posture is something that I need to do, and that I notice others need to do also. I don't think that its "crass commercialism" to give you the strech/fitness ideas free, and use that to try and sell you their product that helps remind you to correct your posture.
Much more than I expected
Wow, this app is chock full of info. Lots of nice "articles" about posture and a ton of excersises for all types, using stretch balls, or mats, or light dumbells. They even have routines at different difficulty levels. If you're looking to improve, or just keep an eye on your posture, there is something in this app for everyone.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
