Srī K Pattabhi Jois says you need a teacher for pranayama so that they can count time for you -well this is the teacher thats always there and is always on time. Worth every penny because if you are a serious yoga practitioner you will use it everyday -sometimes several times a day. Favourite feature is Nadi Shodhana/Anuloma Viloma with customizable settings. 👏👏👏👏👏
Beautiful app with a wide variety of breathing exercises. Breath Of Fire, and Kapaibhati, two of my favorites on the app are alone worth the price of admission. These two breathing exercises are so much more powerful when you follow along with the app, and you can set your pace at what is comfortable for you. This company makes some of the best breathing apps out there. .
