A is for Apple - Robot Reader - ABC's
By Luke Allen
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
This simple to use App features pictures and sounds of the alphabet with information on each letter and picture read out loud by Robot Reader.
Touch the icon of each letter to see a fun and colorful image, then Robot Reader says eg. "A is for Apple. An apple is a firm, round fruit with red, green, yellow or amber skin. Apples grow on trees." !
Note: Sometimes Robot Reader pronounces the information a bit like... a Robot :) Our testing showed that 100% of the kids enjoyed and understood Robot Reader's narration. We hope your kids do too.
A is for Apple - Robot Reader - ABC's features an easy to use navigation menu built for little fingers to go from the first animal through to the last and back again just by clicking the arrows.
There are also some interesting "Did you know?" facts on each picture so you can help your kids learn about them. Just tap the info button to hear more.
We hope you and your kids enjoy Robot Reader.
It's good decent app
For free, it is really good. Complete A to Z plus the child will not only learn A is for apple but also the characteristic of that object. My daughter loves to hear everything it says and than she tries to imitate it...she is just 3 years old. I love to watch her.
Good, not great
This app is worth the price tag. The graphics are nice. However, the pictures are misleading. This will confuse little ones going into Pre-K or Kindergarten. They will think "k" says the /n/ sound because "knitting" is the picture. They will think "c" says the sound of digraph /ch/ because "chicken" is the picture. There are others... Those were just the worst. Not very smart for teaching the little ones the alphabet and beginning sounds.
This app has good graphics and sound for free, can't ask for more for that price.
