In addition to teaching meditation, Mary has worked in both conventional and alternative settings as a counselor and healing arts practitioner. Richard has played and composed music all of his life. His music is composed especially for meditation, relaxation and healing.

Fall Asleep Fast
I've used this app for several nights now and have fallen asleep in 5-10 minutes. All I can remember is the first few minutes of the speakers voice. The separate volume controls for the voice and background music is a great feature. I still haven't tried the various background tracks. As long as it's working and putting me to sleep why change it. Enjoy.
I was skeptical when I tried this app, but after the first time using it I changed my mind. The short meditation is effective and has been putting me to sleep for 8 straight nights. I works, is simple and free!
I am amazed but this app actually helps me fall asleep much faster. I usually take 1 to 2 hrs. To fall asleep but with this app I am asleep before the 30 minute setting ends. I have not noticed that it helps me stay asleep any longer, but still a big improvement for my sleep habits.
