Broken since update

This used to be my favorite app. Now it crashes 1 out of every 5 runs and doesn't update the display on my Apple Watch as I'm running (stays stuck on one set of stats or doesn't show any stats at all). So I can't use it to look at my watch and see distance etc. that's was my favorite part about it- that and it's integration with smashrun. It used to be the app that would pick right up where it left off even if somehow got accidentally closed when all my apps crashed or my phone got too cold - now it's the app that crashes. I wouldn't leave a bad review except their support can't seem to be bothered to answer my email. Like I said- it used to be my favorite app. Fix it and I'll change my review. (And yes I've paired my watch again and done all those troubleshooting things people say to do. All my other apps are working fine).

Works great

I've been using this app for 3 or 4 years and it is my favorite for logging all my runs and rides. It's nice that I can customize my display on my Apple Watch, create custom workouts, and view statistics all from within the app. I do have one suggestion for improvement: please create an easier way to hit the lap button on the Apple Watch - currently you must press and hold the display to bring up the alternate menu and then press the lap button, but this is troublesome to do when running laps at the track, simply too much of a distraction, and sometimes it's not as responsive as I would like. Perhaps create a 3rd window option?

Not working correctly

I have used this app for long but I'm getting fed up with data not being logged correctly. The average pace per mile on audio cues is correct but gets logged at a much slower pace and doesn't match the overall average pace for a run. Also, the last fully completed mile gets logged only as a partial. I have no idea why - I use my phone, no other tracking devices. The data uploaded to Runkeeper get logged differently and correctly, so there is not much reason to keep using this app.
