Fake five star reviews

This is a dishonest developer who writes fake reviews for his own apps. If you read the reviews for his other apps, you can see the same exact users writing glowing reviews.

For example, “CarterGibbs” wrote a review for apps created by the same developer: iStaples, Saround, Tesla Toolbox, and MyHAC apps. “EmilyTSR” wrote a review for the same apps: iStaples, Tesla Toolbox, MyHAC Westport, and MyHAC apps. “Nsoni00” wrote a review for iStaples, Tesla Toolbox and MyHAC app. The list goes on and on.

Are you seeing the pattern? If not, then read the five star reviews. Each one is like an essay about how great the app is, and usually says the same exact thing. There’s not a lot of variation between these glowing reviews. And each one sounds more like a sales pitch that is urging you to get the app like a used car salesman would do.

Now if you ignore these glowing essay-like sales pitch reviews, you’re only left with the real user reviews. And across all his apps are the same problems: “crashes”, “poorly coded”, “want refund” and “scam” are common keywords. If you look at his MyHAC app, you can see the long long list of 1-Star reviews showing this. His MyHAC apps has an average of 1 star even with his fake reviews averaged in.

Love the all

I use the app every day and it’s amazing!
