• Fixed a crash when removing the value from the timelapse time interval input field.
• Fixed a crash when closing a document.
This app is unacceptable every few seconds or so this app crashes on me. I think you need to lower the price range because $50 is not worth it right now. About 3 weeks ago I called you guys and you did not help me at all I clearly explained my problem and you kept saying what or i dont know. Please fix this crashing problem because you are going to get even more bad reviews on this app because its extremely expensive and nobody would like an app that crashes.
Thanks , Lauren
Works fine- even with the iPhone companion app
No problems here working on a 5 year old Mini with iPhone 6+ using the companion app. Tested it out this morning after not having used it for a while doing research for someone interested in the software. No crashes working with a remote camera and all processing functions. Nice, straightforward app.
Crashes every 5 seconds (literally)
This is the worst application that I’ve ever purchased. To use it, I have to take a freeze frame, then save it, before the app crashes — often I’m too late. I then reopen the app and repeat this process. Sometimes I’m lucky and I get two freeze frames before the app crashes. I’ve contacted the developer twice, and they haven't responded. My next step is to make a video to show what’s happening, then file a formal complaint with Apple to get the app removed from the app store. For a $50 application this is unacceptable.
