Ballistic AE better

This is an ok app, and it does work as advertised. That said, I’ve contacted Igor several times to inquire about giving the user the option to choose what outputs the user wants to see. I personally use MRAD only, and do not want to see the values for MOA or clicks - this just clutters up things showing useless data. Also leaves room for mistakes. For a couple of years I’ve been told that he would look into it and update the app - this is just lip service. Ballistic AE is a better app and only outputs the data you want.

Lots of potential

The architecture of this app is great. However, I compared results of various load and calibers to some name brand site calculators. When it came to a .223 Federal Fusion 62 gr., it failed to calculate properly. I compared it to Federal and Winchester calculators and it was wrong. Federal and Winchester was almost identical. Anyone would love a cartridge like this app shows. I email the developer more than once and sent him the data. He said he found no problem.

308 pilot

I have Strelock Pro and decided to spend the $5 to have iStrelock. I have to say I'm more than a bit disappointed. No bullet database, trajectory calibration is lame, moving target, and a few others. Just a little redecorating with the layout. Not worth the money. It's more of a lite version. The more I use it the more upset I am that I got it. Igor flopped on this one. No kidding I don’t need iStrleock. It appeared to have to couple more features than the other but I was WRONG!

Developer Response

If you have Strelok Pro you don't need iStrelok at all
