Customer Reviews

Does what it says, perfectly.

For the price this is a great little timing application that does exactly what it says for no fuss, no muss. I am really pleased. I can use the timer to track my time as I work, add time blocks (for a coworker that just sends me summations at the end of the week) and even add in the hourly project cost. Summary reports that add up the totals can be emailed. I can add descriptions for each block of time I work. Groups are handy to keep projects under their respective agencies. And there is even a subtask level for more complexity. My only suggestion? Add some instructions! I'm familiar enough now with IPAD apps to figure out how to delete (swipe to reveal delete button), but it took me about five minutes to figure out where/how to use the timer (tap the arrow to the left of the task title and look upper left corner - flashing red means it is timing). Someone with less tenacity might be tempted to just trash the app figuring it didn't do what they thought. Otherwise, fully recommended.

Useful but awkward

This app shows you where you spend your time but you must remember to enter the start time every time. If you forget you can correct the error but with difficulty. To add more time to a task the minimum time choice is 15 minutes. What if you only want to add 5 or 10 minutes? You can't. And if you want to subtract time from a task you forgot to stop you have to delete the task and start over because there is no option to subtract time. Pie chart is nice but you have to manually check each task every time for it to show in chart. No response from developer. Im going to try another app, there are so many.

Does it's job, I guess

I like this app because it's cheap and you can have many categories and groups. It it nice to see the data as well.
Unfortunately you are not able to edit a time if you use the timer. I forgot to push stop and I can't go back and edit the time. If you don't want to use the timer you can't be exact because you are given increments to add time and the smallest increment is 15 min.
