Doesn't really help me
I rate this app in one way. Can I open it and easily get helpful information in how my apps are doing in the app store. Answer: NO. It's a GREAT idea and should work a lot better, especially coming from Apple. It's not intuitive, touch access is frustrating and useless, data is not laid out in usable views and when you do find the data it is all wrong, showing drastically different data than what I see when I log into the desktop site. We should be able to open this app quickly, see a glance of how well our apps are doing in a meaningful way, see new ratings and reviews and move on with our day. This app just really doesn't do that for us right now. BUT... i really do want it to! I will continue using the app with the hopes that they update it soon, but I don't know if they will, because if they are still using the current version of this app as well for their own feedback then they probably won't even be made aware of my review :(
Useful information isn't clearly presented. There is a separate 7 day and one week option (what?). It's quite slow. It is unintuitive.
Apple may think that this app isn't for the masses, and thus isn't a priority, but I think it's just the opposite. This app is for developers, who are the one responsible for making the iPhone such an amazing device. Help us out, and it will positively effect most of your other costumers.
I would like to see the ability to look at only yesterday's data (a feature that was working fine a year ago until they removed it). And I would like to see the ability to read all reviews from all counties in one list, as well as reply to them (this was introduced recently in iOS, catch up to your own staff).
The apps is slow. Doesn't present the data that's very useful. There is so much potential with app. It seems like Apple just did the app to check the box. Not a lot of effort or thought went into making a great mobile app for us developers. Apple makes a ton of money from our mobile apps. You would think they would put some effort into a mobile app for us. I'm not the only one that thinks this way. The app has 1 1/2 star rating and it's been like this for a while. It's no secret that the app needs a lot of work. Apple must know how unhappy their users are with this app.
Apple - please reach out to the users of this app and ask them what they need to help them be more a successful app publisher.
