★★★★ MacObserver review ★★★★
"Overall IWGuide for Netflix gives you information that’s hard to come by anywhere else. It’s quite useful to know when a film or show is going to vanish from Netflix to give you a last chance to catch it. It’s also nice to know what’s upcoming."

★★★★ MacWorld reviewed IWGuide for Netflix ★★★★
"The free app is a magazine-style tracker of Netflix’s Instant Watch offerings—a roundup of new and recent releases on the service, a compilation of the best-rated shows, and warnings about titles that will soon disappear from Netflix."

IWGuide for Netflix is a weekly magazine for discovering what's new on Netflix™ Instant Watch U.S.A. service. No Netflix subscription required.

At least twice a week IWGuide content will be updated and you will be able to discover quickly:
- what has been released recently on Instant Watch
- what new titles are coming soon on Instant Watch
- what titles are going away (please read built-in Help)
- what are the best recent titles currently on Instant Watch

Like a regular magazine, you flip IWGuide pages to view a quick summary of each title available (iPad version). If you are interested by a particular movie or TV serie, simply tap on it to view more detailed information about it.

Visit: for more information including a video demonstration.

Currently IWGuide for Netflix support only the content for the United States Instant Watch Netflix Service. Other countries will be supported as soon as Netflix provide access to the appropriate web services.

Questions: please contact us through the Contact option built into IWGuide for Netflix.

False advertising

I downloaded this app because the description said I could see titles about to vanish from Netflix. The description does say to see the in app help for details.

This is what the in app help says: *: sometimes Netflix web service doesn't provide any movie listing for movies going away. Starting with version 1.4, when Netflix doesn't provide such information the Going Away category will be removed from the Category picker.

The category of vanishing Netflix titles no longer exists in this app. Why would the devs hide this fact inside the in app help menu? They have released updates to the app itself since 1.4. False advertising. I would give them 1 ⭐️ for this reason, however a cursory review of the app does show it may have some value.

PS no updates since 2013?? Kill it already or update it!&$?!

Not impressed

The only thing I feel I'm getting from this that I'm not getting from netflix site is what's coming soon. The app isn't laid out very well. I'd like an option to see released in just the last week, two weeks, etc, so I don't have to scroll through 80+ movie listings that have been released in the last month. It's very frustrating how "season 1" takes the place of the show title. In the one view the thumbnail is too small to see what the actual series is.

This is an ok app and when I say ok I mean when you check the new real eases they only have the stuff that released within the past week or past few days you guys really need to fix it you you can see what's comeing within the next week or the next couple of days
