Customer Reviews

UPDATE - The latest patch has brought improvements. So far every time I've plugged in the drive it's been recognized. Also, many of the photos I loaded went in correctly and were still there when I checked back on them. Yay, my drive is usable again! Thank you devs, I'll add more stars to my review in appreciation. BUT the update has also made the app twitchy and glitchy. It crashes a lot, photos have to be loaded just a few at a time, the meter that tells you how much space you have left doesn't seem to be working, and it's slow. I'm hopeful that these are just temporary symptoms and will be smoothed over in the next update.
1. App has habit of not recognizing drive when it's plugged in, forcing you to go through a big hassle to regain access to it.
2. Photos downloaded to drive will have data showing them being there but will be unviewable and inaccessible, rendering the whole process useless.
3. Photos that seem to have downloaded correctly will be unviewable and inaccessible the next time you open the drive.
These are not new problems. They've been around for at least the year I've had my drive, and despite the frequent updates remain unfixed and getting worse. The app used to drop maybe one in five photos, yesterday it dropped every single one.

Need iPhone X support

works nicely with my iPad Pro 12.9” saving RAW photos, but will not backup any photos even jpg on iPhone X. hope they can come up with an update soon. when press backup from phone to iXpand on the iPhone X it just takes me straight to RMA filing

Not finding the videos on my device

I bought the flash drive and was so excited... well the app is not picking up my videos! So I can’t transfer them. iOS 11.1.1 iPhone 6s... I’m thinking I should return the flash drive if they’ll let me.
