Ratings and Reviews
The screen for mobile should adjust for horizontal as well as vertical positions. The alert notification is ok but when you go to the alert screen for details you have zero indication which account, if you have multiple accounts, is generating the alert—-so you have to look at each account to determine the origin of the alert. Horrible.
Push notifications does not work
The ability to “Get Push Notifications” is not functioning. The app description claims to have push notifications, but it does not match the Chase app’s functionality in this way. After calling online support, they stated the JPM app “does not have this in the design”. Yet, the app’s description states otherwise.
All around a good app
I’m glad they seem to update the app regularly. They have a solid app with an easy UI. An overall portfolio/net worth view would be great
