Advertising

Overall I really enjoyed this app and have been using it for a number of years. I agree with some other commenters the interface should be updated is cumbersome and the pictures are poor quality. I do not enjoy the advertising that pops up constantly sometimes when it pops up it makes the music pause not sure if that is a jango issue or my issue; However, I am using on a brand-new iPad Pro and I don't have this problem on other streaming apps that I use. In regards to advertising I would be happy to pay a small fee so would never show up again and that would also include listening to new emerging artists because it is rare I've heard one that even remotely was within my taste and they pop up without warning and a few have been quite vulgar and I have small children around.

Solid music streaming app.

I have been using Jango for a few years now. I got to say this is way better than pandora or any other music streaming service I have used. Best part....it's free! I have never run into ads using this app and the only "interruption" I get is when they ask me to check out an independent artist and rate them. Unlimited skips, music progressively gets better as it learns what songs you like. Hands down my favorite music streaming app. If you were hesitant on downloading this, don't be.

Eh

I did not like this app. Granted, I only used it for a few minutes, but I could tell I wouldn't enjoy it. Many of the reviewers here say it's better than Pandora, but I have used Pandora for quite a while, and on Pandora, you can actually see your likes and also choose to unlike them. Yes, the ads are annoying, but I would rather use a good-quality radio with annoying ads than a bad-quality radio that doesn't even use real album covers. Jango literally just uses bad photos of the artists. I wouldn't recommend it. I'm not advertising Pandora here, just advising to use something better than this.
