Jefferson Bank Mobile enables Jefferson Bank customers to use their iPhone to get quick balances and initiate routine transactions anytime, from anywhere. Customers can view balances and transaction history, initiate transfers between accounts, pay bills, and view account alerts. Jefferson Bank Mobile supports all account types including checking, savings, loans, lines-of-credit, and certificates of deposit. Customers should be set up on Jefferson Online Banking first, in order to gain access to Jefferson Bank Mobile.

Updated app still needs work
There have been some recent improvements to the app. I sincerely appreciate those updates, as they add functionality that had been lacking compared to most other financial institutions. I do wish they’d do a little more updating. For example, when I log off, the app immediately uses Face ID and signs me back in. I have to remember to cover the camera to prevent that from happening.
Having the Jefferson Bank account app on my phone has been extremely helpful, making money management much easier and available at all hours.

The app works great and I promise you’ll love Jefferson Bank. Great technology but you can also call and talk to people who care and genuinely want to help you. I am so happy to get away from the burden of trying to deal with the mega banks.
