If you like color coding, organization or anything to make your like simple then this app is for you! This app will make your workout life soooo organized! I set my workouts days in advance and all I have to do when I enter the gym is open this app, pick my workout plan, pick the day in the workout plan and get to training! This app truly makes me efficient in the gym due to the rest timer. I have mine set at 30 secs so I don't BS around and hog machines. Once that timer goes off I'm on to the next set. I paid for the Pro version and since I use this everyday it has already paid for itself 😊. I love looking back through the calendar and see my results. I've started using this in November of 2012 and I'm amazed how far I've come and because of this app I have a record of everything. I have recommended this app to many friends and they all love it! Can't say anything bad about this app 😄

Wonderful App, but not on iPhone 6 plus

I used to have iPhone 5. I gave the following review which still holds true… "This is one of the best apps out there for bodybuilding and creating custom routines like for p90. What is pretty cool is that you can download other people's routines, that means you don't need to start from scratch. Also, the iCloud sync works without a hitch.” Okay, now I have an iPhone 6 Plus with the huge screen. The problem is that the app isn’t designed to effectively use all the new real estate. If you are at the gym and trying to switch to you custom exercises or save something, the buttons are really tiny and you have to jab at them several times to make things work. Dudes at Jefit, you have a huge iPhone screen now, I realize there are still people using iPhone 5s, but for God’s sake, make the buttons bigger. The way the buttons work now slows everything down. There is one good thing about this… I can ask the attractive lady next to me to press the buttons because her hands are smaller. Besides this, I am really, really getting annoyed.

Overall really happy.

This app is the best weightlifting app I have found so far. When I initially got the app it didn't seem very intuitive and it seemed kind of daunting but as I have read more about lifting and training the usage of the app has become clearer. The workouts that you are able to download give some good ideas which is helpful. The only issues I really have are that taking notes or inputting notes seems a little harder than it should be. It would also be nice if there was a way to change an exercise in your plan while working out. I workout in a small gym and if it is busy free weights can be a little hard to get but machines are almost always available so I just use them but lose track of what I did on them. Overall, I am happy.
