Nice but....

The last three orders I received had at least one product damaged. Not sure if it was in transit or at the packing facility. Overall I am pleased with everything except the damaged items. Thank you!

UPDATE: Customer service is fantastic no complaints there.
I have downgraded my original 4 stars to 2 stars. I ordered from Jet, my order was to arrive on Saturday August 25th. It did not show up. I left a review for the shipping experience. I was immediately contacted about either getting a full refund or having the items ordered replaced. I requested they be replaced. My first order that did not show up, showed up on Tuesday. The box was banged up really bad and half of the items were damaged. The replacement order showed up Wednesday and they were not damaged or banged up. I don’t understand why the first box was enormous for what I ordered, it was not a lot. That box got thrown around and the poor packing is to blame as well for the items being damaged. Fed Ex delivered the first order late and clearly did not handle that box with care. UPS delivered the replacement order and the box was fine, not banged up. Because this is the third time I have received damaged items I am no longer shopping with Jet. I don’t know how many packing facilities there are for Jet, but I do know someone is dropping the ball and not doing a very good job of packing the items people order.

I wanted to love it!

Because it’s so convenient, I truly wanted to love Jet. So after my first order came and multiple items from the cold shipment were expired and my eggs were cracked I let it go because they provided good customer for service and credited the products accordingly. After a few more of similar occurrences, I open my box on my front porch and out crawled A cockroach😳😬 grossed me out, but once again due to the convenience factor I was willing to overlook it and just wiped my products down with alcohol before bringing them into my house. I have hit my breaking point- Placed an order last week, products were never shipped. Emailed customer service to ask where they were, Was told and error occurred in shipping and they would re-send me out an order “on them”. So once again customer service was going to bring me back, Then I come to find out when they said it was on them they meant the order that was supposed to be originally shipped to me that I never received. I wouldn’t even have expected them to give me anything for free but they said they were going to and now they’re not. So although a loyal customer who has put up with alot during partnership with them, I am parting ways and seeking alternate customer satisfaction based alternatives. Too bad, it was a convenient process for a busy mom and professional!
