Works to reduce/eliminate jet lag
This app works. Using this app, I had NO jet lag after arriving in Asia from Arizona and very minimal when I returned to home. The reminders the app provides are good but would be better if they were accompanied by a sound. Other than that, the app is simple, easy to use and it worked for me and my sweetie.
Math is wrong on App
I pulled up my schedule on the website and it all made sense and I was ready to try this plan. So I downloaded the app and entered in the same perimeters and the math came out different. For example, it asked me to go to sleep at 10pm and wake up the next day at 8pm on the app, the website told me to go to sleep t 10pm and wake up at 8am. The math calculations are incorrect on the app. I'm sticking with the website.
Very clean interface. I used this app recently and found a marked improvement in my sleep as a result.
