Works to reduce/eliminate jet lag
This app works. Using this app, I had NO jet lag after arriving in Asia from Arizona and very minimal when I returned to home. The reminders the app provides are good but would be better if they were accompanied by a sound. Other than that, the app is simple, easy to use and it worked for me and my sweetie.
Needs 24-hr time support
I have my phone in 24-hr time, not 12-hr time and the app doesn't seem to work well with that. It'll notify me that it's time to wake up at 9am and then at 10am, it'll tell me it's time to go to bed...I like the idea of the app but it could be better.
Very clean interface. I used this app recently and found a marked improvement in my sleep as a result.
