Awesome App!!

I have not tried any other app like this so I cannot compare but I love this app so much I don't care to try anything else! I've only tried one 30 day workout so far (slim) but I love how you can customize to your fitness level! I have done JM body shred video and this app and I have gone from a 10 to a 6 and lost 15 lbs. I love the recipes on the app too! This app allows you to Change things up! I'll review again once I use this app more. I have only had it for about a month. The uploading of your own music doesn't work most of the time, I could get it to work once. I ended up playing music on my I phone and hooking my I pad to the tv. Gotta have my own jam especially on cardio days! I hate cardio!
Update. Still loving this app! Adding your music works great now! It's been a couple of months now & I have tried several workout programs now & I get better & stronger every day! Currently working the ab section cause that is the area I need the most work & carry the most weight so we see how it goes. This one though has cardio every other day though, I don't know what I was thinking cause I hate cardio! Better get amazing results is all I can say! 😆😂 Jillian definitely keeps it interesting & is always changing it up so you do not get board!

Bounce Back Baby Rocks!

Jillian's programs have always been my go to workouts before I had my baby. Been looking for an effective way to shed the last 5 or so pounds of post baby weight and had been using Jillian's 30 Day Shred program, then later went on to the Ripped in 30 program but that lower belly pouch wasn't going anywhere. Later discovered I had Diastases Recti and none of the workouts were actually right for working on that till I stumbled on this app. I just love how her Bounce Back Baby program incorporates workouts with DR mummies in mind. Results were obvious in less than 30 days! Can't wait to see my 90 days transformation. Also looking forward to trying out the other programs.

Update: I don't think I can get over how much I LOVE LOVE this app! I am sooo much fitter and stronger. The energy level is amazing, especially with a very active toddler trying to run in circles around me all the time! Haven't looked forward to waking up to work out like this EVER!

So so good, but some kinks

I've been using this app for about 6+ months now. Love the intensity, the variety of workouts, and the convenience. I can say with certainty that it has improved my quality of life in a lot of ways. One thing that I want the JM team to know is that whenever I choose a-la-cart programs (i.e. A lower body workout), it tends to repeat the same exercise multiple times. I know that for certain sets of course things will repeat, but for example, for the buns/thighs program that I just did today, I did butterfly bridge back-two back during one set. My hunch is something to do with the algorithm, because during the customized programs I do not seem to have this issue. Regardless, I have every intention keep using it! Thank you.
