We look fresh with a BRAND NEW DESIGN!
State your intent - set your status to "On the Market" when you're serious about making a move, and we'll feature you to employers, receive job offers faster!
Schedule Interviews from within the app: Once you match with an employer, you can tap the Interview button, enter your availability, and we'll send it of to the hiring manager or corporate recruiter. We'll get back to you with a calendar invite when they confirm.
Simplified the app navigation:
- Only 3 tabs at the bottom
- Center tab are new jobs for you - this is where you start!
- Left tab is all about you - that's where you view and edit your profile
- Right tab are all your applications, messages, interview requests and scheduled interviews. Any employers interested in you will also go in there, and same for inbound interview requests

Improved Profile experience:
- You can now specify how much experience you have in each job function

Genius app! Matches you with jobs, directly with the companies (although some jobs do not have companies on board yet, they do have a good number of companies on board, especially in NYC), and let's you book an interview directly from the app!
