Great for me!!!

Working mom of two small kids, so I don't have much time to work out. Gym turns out a waste of money because I make it twice a month, three times top! I saw this app as part of the Apple New You bundle and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical at first, but was I wrong!!
I didn't t know you could get so much done in 7 minutes!! The level are set according to what you can achieve and there are harder levels. That is great as it gives you something to look forward too. I can do it early in the am, or even in the evening! I find it challenging enough but then again, I set myself as beginner+ so it might not be the same for someone more advanced.
I would recommend for someone who has been looking for a way to start working out but doesn't have much time. It will get you started and inspire you to do more... I started walking as well!!! so now I get to walk and do this workout, or simply the 7minute if I am stretched for time. Great way to start the year😆💥

Its ease of navigation will keep you motivated.

With the plethora of apps our there, I can say that this is THE app for everyday users like us. It has not a need for workout equipments nor does it require huge spaces. Easy instructional videos is right in front of you whenever you workout. Adjustable fitness level makes each workout satisfactory. This app also adjusts the workout routine based on your feedback at the end of each workout. Moreover, there's an option to do a 7-minute or 28-minute workout. In short, just try it out. It's free and there's no harm trying it out for a few minutes. I've been using this app for a month now and I can already see and feel results.

1. App crashes after the feedback window in each 28-minute workout.
2. App is not yet catered to iPhone 6 and 6 plus users.

Great, but could be better

It's a good program but I have a few issues with it. I admit not having used the app a lot yet, so some things I might just not be aware of.
First, it announces "abdominal crunch" before every exercise. Shouldn't it announce the name of what's coming up?
Second, the alternate workout I like doesn't display in the main menu, so I have to go to the list and select it each day. It should allow you to put you favorite routines in the top level.
Third, can you modify a preset routine instead of creating a whole new one?
Finally, if I accidentally start a workout, there's no way to exit.
