Description
Jot is the no-fuss way to take notes. Our app helps you get all your big ideas and little ‘things to remember’ into a simple, stripped down format. Easy swipe gestures keep your list of notes short and orderly. Remember anything by searching through your full archives. Use quick and easy todo lists, and basic reminders to stay on top of daily life stuff.
Jot leaves out all the fancy, distracting stuff you don’t need: formatting, drawing, tags, categories, shared lists, sync, stickers, etc. It’s just as simple and straightforward as using a piece of paper. Only what you need. No funny stuff.

A slew of enhancements in this long-awaited update:
• Fixes a crash when attempting to send feedback on a device without Mail.app configured
• When un-archiving a note, the alert now says "Unarchive", not "Archive"
• Fixes the cursor flickering at the bottom of a todo list during editing
• Fixes Japanese input issues in the editing screen
• Todo state is now maintained during editing
• Your in-progress note will now be saved even if Jot is closed in the background
• Tapping and holding a pop-up dialog will now keep it on screen to give you time to read and respond
• Adds an option to auto-detect links and phone numbers when viewing notes
• Fixes a bug where changing a note's reminder time would result in too many reminders
• "Bug fixes and performance improvements"

Saves my precious thoughts
Some of the random stuff that appears in my mind seems important and/or interesting, and Jot is the best way I’ve found to quickly eject that material into a safe holding location for future review. Its flexibility means I’m never snarkily complaining in my head about its clueless developers, but rather just focusing on my possibly-brilliant ideas.
Great app for taking quick notes!
I use this app all the time for writing down ideas, reminders, quotes, etc. before
I have time to fully sort through them. It's really effective as a scratchpad for my thoughts!
Add this please
Can you please add big text at the top over the search bar and there should stan Notes in bog text that would make me use the app daily. I would use it more than the actual notes app. So please add that.
