Multiple problems since change of bill pay
The app was ok. Far too many steps just to log in. Bill pay USED TO BE fairly straight forward and would show in the running ledger immediately. You would submit a payment, select when you wanted it to be sent and that was it. Now, you go in to make a payment, select the day you want it to be RECEIVED by the recipient, enter how much you want to pay and hit submit. So now you wait for confirmation, and, you get the message that your date requested is available because its too soon or past the cutoff date. Logically, you would assume that it would suggest an acceptable date and take you back to make the change. But no, you have to start all over again and hope your date makes their cutoff, if not, its back to the beginning. Very frustrating! Also, several of my payments have gone into "The Twilight Zone". I submit it, it's accepted and done. I go back latter and its not showing in my ledger, my bills paid or my pending payments. So then i send out a paper check so I won't be penalized. I follow up with the recipient and they tell me that they have now received 2 payments. I have called the bank a couple of times now to sort this out and they are absolutely unhelpful and say its something I'm doing wrong. I have been paying bills online through online banking for over 10 years now and have NEVER had problems like this.

I downloaded this to deposit my paychecks. It works perfectly well to do that as long as I put the check on a BLACK BACKGROUND. JSC please include this advice in your app should you ever choose to update from this that was obviously made in 1987.

I love your app! Please don't try to upgrade it or anything cosmetic, please please please. This app is simple, loads great, even when I have restricted data it loads great! Kudos to your IT guys! Good job peeps!
And if you don't like the app? Then use the link to go to the mobile site before you even have to put any info in!!! This app works like, well, an app should!
Also, never any security problems!!!
