Would be great with a better dictionary
This game was one of the first that I downloaded. I love word games and go through five or six Penny Press paperbook puzzles a month and decided to try some games on the computer. I love the Classic Jumbline and like another reviewer think it would be excellent if it had a standard dictionary. Words that I know are words are not included while some that are not in a standard dictionary (I use Oxford American and American Heritage College dictionaries) are included. I've started playing various forms of solitaire in the last few months and so I don't play the Jumbline as much (which is probably a good thing in that it can be addictive). It's still a very good and inexpensive game.
One of the better word scramble games-the one I always go back to
I love the how it is both open ended, yet there is a complete list of all words.
Relaxing, challenging and great looking and easy to use interface. I have it on both my iphone and Mac
I try others sometimes, but their novelty wears off or there are just too many limits, annoyances or "surprise" to interrupt thr "flow" the game.
Need better dictionary.
The game is attractive and works well. My big comlaint is the dictionary. I play a lot of word games, and I've found that there are some common words that are not in this dictionary. And then some obscure words that are. I'm often frustrated by this. This game would be nearly perfect with a better dictionary.
