Awesome

Great app! Especially useful on lazy days when you don’t feel like going to gym, I like to use it after my cardio and weight training as well. It gives you a heads up of which exercise is up next so you have time during your rest time to get ready. I also like that it has video instructions to ensure you are doing exercises correctly

Great app

This is a great app. Featured in the NY Times Magazine, the 7-minute are based on scientific studies and use HIIT (High-intensity interval training) to provide maximum results in the shortest possible time. In fact, studies have shown that seven minutes of intense training may produce greater gains than an hour of regular exercise! I love this app. Thanks for developer.

Great app !!

I love this yoga app. It helps me train every day , i feel healthy when detailed instruction , this app is great, when i try to practice , i make a mistake but a few day latter a feel so healthy . I think becAuse of me practice everyday ^^
