Let me start with this. One day, I had heard about a great game called Jurassic park. So I went to eat dinner and bought it. When I played it I'm like, this game is the most jaw dropping experience I have ever witnessed. And some people might say that it's just swiping and tapping, but it's not. The game has a very simple task. You are on an island called Jurassic park and the power goes out leaving all the Dinosaurs capable of escaping... Including... The T-Rex. You must find a useful way to escape the island and survive. Along the way you will find other people to join. One thing I hate is this girl named Nima. She is always pointing guns at you(only in this game I hate her.) and being mean. This game is amazing only with one jumpscare. And this game includes thudding hearts. ( not because of the jumpscare.)for you evcourse is the thudding hearts. And if you don't like your heart pounding against your chest do not download! Good job telltale!
This game wasn't terrible but it was far from a five star rating. I had higher expectations coming from Telltale Games, knowing how well they can combine interesting characters with engaging gameplay. This game fails in both those aspects and in several other ways.
The characters are one-dimensional and even annoying. Dialogue/story were cheesy and felt as though the game was aimed for a younger audience (although I'm not sure why there was some occasional swearing if this was their target group). They would repeat a memorable quote or action from the movie but it never felt natural to the game. More like they wanted to make "x" amount of references and threw them in whenever they could. Gameplay was boring (a bunch of swiping and looking around) and not always responsive, sometimes resulting in your entertaining death.
The length of the episode was good and they completed the story arc well but overall the game was unimpressive and forgettable. Telltale did an amazing job with The Walking Dead but falls flat here with Jurassic Park. Save your money.
