It's ok


Not very explanatory but pretty good once you get going. It does have a few problems such as reset today option, I clicked this so I could correct my day (needed to add sit-ups) since there is not an option for going back to make a correction. When I clicked it I was given the option to choose the day to reset, once I did this I clicked clear statistics - only option to choose other than reset all data. Once I clicked it all of my data was cleared!
The other problem is when I click the graph icon and then click LOG it closes the app.

Great App. Perfect Motivation


I have it set 3x a week. It has enabled me to be more diligent to perform the exercise. I repeat the day until I can complete the set with no issues. So far it has taken me over a year to get to the 5th week but I am a whole lot stronger than I was before.

The app is the app. Until you put the time in, the app will remain the app. Thank you for providing the motivation.
