K-Mobile Banking PLUS is a high-security mobile banking service from KASIKORNBANK PCL. It is a comprehensive 24-hour full function e-banking service that allows you to do balance & credit card inquiry, bill payment, mobile top-up, funds transfer - both within KBank and online interbank funds transfer, push bill alerts, and free weekly mobile magazine. Registration at ATM is required for authorizing your savings/checking account for use with this service. Triple Lock Security ensures that access is possible only from your iPhone using your mobile number with your secret PIN.
Mobile operators supported: AIS, dtac and TrueMove - both prepaid & postpaid services.
K-Mobile Banking PLUS can only be used on iPad connecting through GPRS/EDGE/3G provided by the above mentioned mobile network operators in Thailand. K-Mobile Banking PLUS will not be allowed to connect to KBank's server via WiFi.
Service activation procedure:
1. Install application from App Store.
2. Start application and choose mobile banking. Click confirm to receive One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS. (Valid for 24 hours.)
3. Go to ATM machine to activate K-Mobile Banking PLUS service for the account(s) associated with your ATM/Debit card by following these menu items:
• เลือก ‘กองทุนรวม/สมัครบริการ/K-Mobile Banking/อื่นๆ’
• เลือก ‘K-Mobile Banking’
• เลือกบริการ ‘K-MOBILE BANKING PLUS’
• เลือก ‘เปิดใช้บริการ K-Mobile Banking PLUS’
For technical support, send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org providing device model, firmware version number, mobile phone number, and description of the problem.
Error 206 -- possible causes:
You are connecting through WIFI. Please disable WIFI and connect through GPRS/EDGE.
Error 209 -- possible causes:
Your mobile network operator did not forward your phone number to the system. Problem may be resolved by rebooting your iPhone (or restarting data connection for example by toggling airplane mode).
If problem persists, please send report to email@example.com providing your mobile phone number and time & date & LOCATION of the incident, so that we can inform your mobile network operator to correct their network configuration.

Cellular connection is a major obstacle
I have used various mobile banking bothThai and international banks
This seems to be one of very few in the market that require cellular internet connection to verify user. I have been KBank customer for more than five years and used KBank services on regular basis. So, I hope there will be some improvement on this particular concern in near future
Needs major upgrade
Wifi is not support and need to allow email notification. Hard to get SMS when oversea
Useful application, but basic UI items like displaying the numeric keyboard for entering the numeric pin instead of the default alphanumeric keyboard (as an example) are not addressed.
